How to get a copy of the Google Form

You will see this Google Form.


This is my Google Form. You need to make your own copy of this Google Form.






Click on the three dots in the top right corner.









You will see this pop-up.







Click on "Make a copy".







You will see this pop-up.




You can change the form's title if you like.

Click on "Make a copy".




You will see your Google Form.






Your form is in your Google Drive.

Let's go to your Google Drive.

First, go to your gmail.




Click on the nine dots in the top right corner.




You will see this pop-up.




Click on "Drive".




You will go to your Google Drive.





Your Google Form is here.







How to get the link of the Google Form 


When you click on the Google Form in Google Drive, you will see the “Form Edit” view of the Google Form.






Step 1

Click on "Send"




Step 2


You will see this pop-up.


Click on the Link Icon (yeah, that's what it's called).





Step 3


Click on "Copy".


This will copy the link to the Google Form for the students to use.








Step 4


Paste this link into your LMS





Student responses and giving feedback




This is the "respondent view."




This is the the “Form Edit” view after one student submitted a form.





Click on "Responses".








Click on "Individual".






You can see what the student wrote and give feedback

Click on "Add individual feedback".






You will see this pop-up.

Write the feedback.







Click on "Save".








Click on "Save"







You will see the feedback









Click on "Release score".

This will send the feedback to the student.





As you get more responses, click on the arrows to navigate through the responses.




You can also click on the drop-down menu to navigate through the responses.
